Take one serving (1 scoop) of L-Glutamine mixed with 8-10 fl. oz, of cold water or other beverage of choice.
On training days
Take one serving one-half hour prior to exercise, one immediately after exercise, and one before bedtime.
On non-training days
Take one serving three times daily spaced throughout the day, with one serving before bedtime.
