What is Micellar Casein?
Micellar Casein is a slow-release protein shake. It slowly releases amino acids into the bloodstream helping to contribute to growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
It can take up to six hours to completely digest and be utilised, making Micellar Casein the perfect protein for periods where access to food is limited.
We use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Micellar Casein also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

Consume one serving daily, ideally before bedtime. Alternatively, take Micellar Casein during the day when no food will be eaten for at least three hours.
Mix 33g, which is approximately three heaped 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 400ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are guidelines, for a creamier or thicker shake, simply add more or less liquid to taste.
Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.
