Maltodextrin, Rice gruel, ctric acid (acidity regulator), Flavourings , steviol glycosides (sweetener).
Recommended daily use :
Recommended use: Use 1 portion 1 portion-25 g (2 flat scoop – measuring cup included in the package, for precise measure we recommend to use scale) dissolve in 250ml of water and drink 1-2 times a day at any time (preferably before, during or after training). Consume immediately after paration.
