Mass Gainer pro is a Chocolate flavored carbohydrate and protein drink powder with sweeteners. Its beneficial effects are obtained from two sources. Consumption and Storage Recommendations: As a nutritional supplement, start off by adding 2,5 scoops (100g) to 350m1 of cold water or low-fat milk. Take 3 times daily, as a post-training drink and/or a snack between meals.
